I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Applied Ethics Group at RWTH Aachen University in Germany, where I am also associated with the “Internet of Production” project funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) as a “Cluster of Excellence”. In 2021, I received my PhD in Philosophy from Stanford University, and I have been a visiting PhD student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Freie Universität in Berlin. I hold an MS in Applied Economics from Florida State University, and I am or have been involved in interdisciplinary projects at the MIND Foundation, Cologne Institute for Economic Research, and FSU.
I research the ethics of technology, especially the future of meaningful work and the ethics of influence. Most generally, I am interested in the role of socially embedded technology in living a meaningful life. You can read about my current projects by following the navigation bar above.
