In May 2021, I defended my dissertation for my PhD in Philosophy at Stanford University. I have been a visiting researcher at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and am currently visiting Freie Universität in Berlin. I also hold an MS in Applied Economics from Florida State University, and I am or have been involved in interdisciplinary projects at the MIND Foundation, Cologne Institute for Economic Research, and FSU.
I research the ethics of technology, meaning in life, and agency. I do editorial work for the MIND Foundation Blog and am developing a new series there for current debates in psychedelic research and therapeutic practice. I am also working on a few pieces of fiction, and an app for learning and practicing advanced Sudoku-solving techniques.
